Are you the coder or CDI pro your team calls when a payer pushes back? We're looking for a Clinical Analyst who thrives on digging into post-pay clinical coding denials, building airtight appeals, and winning them.

What You'll Do

• Investigate post-payment clinical coding denials on inpatient and outpatient accounts
• Research clinical documentation and coding guidelines to build the case
• Write and submit clear, evidence-backed appeal letters
• Manage a high-volume caseload against tight turnaround deadlines
• Work independently, prioritizing and problem-solving without hand-holding

What You Bring

• Solid inpatient coding or CDI background — you know DRGs, clinical validation, and payer logic inside and out
• Strong, persuasive writing skills; you can make a clinical argument stick
• Comfort managing volume and deadlines without sacrificing accuracy
• Self-starter mentality — you don't need constant oversight to stay productive
• CCS and/or CDIP credential preferred
