Our Post-Pay Audit team is looking for a detail-driven Audit Coordinator to keep our appeals moving and our tracking airtight. If you thrive on organization, know how to work a payer, and want to be the glue that holds a high-performing audit team together — this is your seat.

What You'll Do

• Own payer follow-upon post-payment audit requests and outstanding appeals
• Submit appealswith accuracy and urgency
• Keep our audit trackercurrent — every update, every upload, every time
• Support our clinical analystswith documentation, records, and case prep so they can focus on the clinical review
• Be the coordination hub between payers, analysts, and leadership

What You Bring

• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple deadlines at once
• Confidence communicating with payers (persistence is a plus!)
• Comfort with tracking systems, spreadsheets, and documentation workflows
• HIM (Health Information Management) experience is a plus, but not required
• A team-first mindset — you're supporting analysts, not competing with them
